2024 Schedule

All events are subject to change. Updates will be posted here when they are available.

Registration:

Amy Hill, Eastlake Athletic Secretary, does an outstanding job of coordinating the many facets of student athlete registration that are necessary for players to be eligible to practice and play with the team. She communicates with students and parents by email, primarily using FinalForms. Please make sure your email is current in FinalForms.

• School year office hours: 7:30AM - 4:00PM

• Athletics office is closed for the summer between June 24th and August 15th.

Summer Football – June 1st through July 31st

• Registration opens May 1st in FinalForms. Registration instructions will be emailed before registration opens.

• Pay the Summer LWSD Participation fee https://payments.lwsd.org/

• Check the expiration date of your players physical!

The physical on file must be valid until July 31st. If it expires before July 31st you must get a new one to be eligible to participate in summer football. To check the expiration date of the physical on file log into FinalForms, the date of expiration is under your student’s name.

Summer Camp – July 14-18
The required paperwork will be emailed to all families. All camp paperwork will be due to Amy Hill by June 17th.

Fall Football - First day of practice is Wednesday August 21st.

• Athletic office opens Thursday August 15th.

• Registration opens August 1st in FinalForms – Your summer registration does not automatically register you – you must register for Fall Football!

• Within the WIAA HS Eligibility form if a WIAA form pops up it is your responsibility to complete the form and return to Amy Hill.

• Payment https://payments.lwsd.org/ option opens August 1st for LWSD Participation fee & ASB card.

• Registration closes Tuesday August 20th 

• Check the expiration date of your players physical! – the physical on file must be valid through the end of the season which could run through December 7th!

Vacation Planning:

Vacations in the summer are important - if you miss some practices, it is fine. However, when you are in town the expectation is that the player is at practice. Please communicate with your coaches during the summer when you will miss practice.

Summer Lifts:

Lifts in the summer are optional however they are strongly recommended.
